Do it Yourself - Septic and Cesspool Solution

Are you experiencing: Frequent pump outs---odors—slow flushing—wet spots over your leach field?

Don't bring in the back hoe—Don't call the pumper—AGAIN—  give us a call

We Guarantee to fix it or your Money back
The Sludge Bug micro-bubble aeration and microbes will eat the bio-mat and transform the system from anaerobic (no-oxygen) to aerobic (with oxygen) environment. The 1st thing you'll notice is the smell is gone—then the liquid level will start to drop—then the water will become clearer---In most cases you will not need to pump again. EVER.

Here's how it works:
An air pump is connected to micro-bubble air diffusers and lowered into the tank—much like a airline in a aquarium ----approx 4' into the liquid, then hung from I-bolt attached to the riser. Then 4#s of granulated microbes are added to shock the system and start to eat the bio-mat—close the lid and let it work.

How to Install (do it yourself) it's easy:

  • Plug in the air pump to the closest outlet---get a regular 5/8" garden hose from your local hardware store.
  • connect it to both the pump and the diffuser housing—both units have garden hose connections.
  • drill a hole large enough to allow the hose into the tank. Dig a shallow 3" deep trench to bury the hose. Hang the unit from a I hook attached inside the riser.
  • lower the diffuser unit into the liquid.
  • approx. 4'.Pour in the microbes and close the lid. Leave it alone.
  • check it 2 days. Does it smell better? Has the water gone down? Is the water clearer? Does the toilets and drains work better? If yes, it's working. If not call us—we're here to solve your problem.

How much will it cost?
The Sludge Bug unit and 4 pounds of microbes will cost $700.00 + UPS charges. Tests on our water indicate that it is clean enough to be used for sub-surface irrigation—for your flower beds.

Run the system continuously in winter and minimum 3 months throughout the rest of the year.
